Lauren LoCascio, J.D.
Counsel & CEO
Lauren has enjoyed being an active member of the title insurance industry since graduating from New York Law School in 2001. She began as a staff closer for First American Title Insurance Company and then in 2003 moved over to Stewart Title Insurance Company where she served first as branch counsel in its direct operation and then as counsel in Stewart’s agency and claims departments.
Since her admission to the New York State Bar, Lauren has maintained a practice representing buyers and sellers of coops and real property.
In 2014, Lauren resolved to dedicate her knowledge of deal structures, risk reduction, and title insurance products and opened her own shop. She created Cityscape Abstract with the needs of attorneys, lenders, and developers in mind—and an intention to provide the highest level of service to its customers.

Lauren is a member of the New York State Land Title Association and The New York City Bar Association. She and her family live in the Lower East Side.
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to entering the title industry in 2015, Carly spent her career in print and digital publishing at major houses such as Condé Nast, Hearst, and Time Out New York. She scheduled and supervised the day-to-day operations and managed the workflow of books and magazines through all stages of production from idea generation to completed product.
Carly is Cityscape's Production Manager and COO. She loves to research and find solutions that make her customers and their clients' deals close smoothly and efficiently.
She lives in Brooklyn and is a musician who continues to moonlight as a creative through her freelance design and production firm, South Slope Media.
Keith N Lessner
A Pittsburgh native, Keith spent four years in Connecticut working as a Revenue Accounting Manager in the US headquarters for Virgin Atlantic Airways. In 2004, Keith moved to New York City where he joined Stewart Title Insurance Company. He began as a Policy Services Manager in the accounting department, and moved into the agency department as an auditor. From there, Keith transitioned into an Agency Services Representative and was responsible for relationships with Stewart agents in the capital region as well as national agents who did business in New York.
Keith's combined expertise and experience at a major underwriter sparked his desire to get closer to transactions and work one-on-one with his customers towards reaching their goals. Keith has developed strong relationships with many of New York's top real estate brokers and uses those relationships to help his attorney clients grow their practices. He loves the vibrancy and excitement of the New York City real estate world.
Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in forensic accounting from the University of New Haven, where he was a member of Delta Chi fraternity, the student judicial board, and worked with Big Brothers. Keith is an avid Florida State University football fan and enjoys skiing, SCUBA diving, golfing, and boating—and is currently working on his professional photographer certification at the New York Institute of Photography.
